She can hit the chakra points of Sakura but before she can do that she has to get close to her and Hinata is slow and dumber then Sakura. Sakura will one hit Ko Hinata.

also, the proof sakura cant take a hit is against four-tailed naruto, she was knocked once and was unable to fight. im not comparing hinata to four-tailed naruto, but that rotation thing hinata does would knock sakura out. and lets say sakura gets close to hinata, here advanced taijutsu skills would allow her to be able to dodge a blunt punch, then, she can just block sakura's chakra

I agree they are a bit straight forward but Hinata doesn't have the speed to avoid it or at least if she does avoid the power and strength of Sakura will push Hinata back.
