He WAS one of the two best medics, as far as med-ninjutsu goes Yin seal Sakura has surpassed him.

We havent seen Kabutos medical skill while he was using SM. Fact is, with her medical skills Sakura would be a big factor in battle. If two armies of shinobi with comparable offensive potential were about to clash with each other, the one with Sakura on their side would have a clear upper hand. I cant really say the same about Kabuto.

1st bold is why it's overrating her. Your last post ended with "without Sakura Shikamaru would be dead" now you are backtracking and saying he is alive because of Naruto's cloak. That's what I'm saying. She didn't keep him alive. He remained alive because he didn't have all his chakra sucked up like the other ninja. She did what she could but it wasn't nearly as much as you tried to make it out to be earlier

2nd bold: How do you know he was losing chakra? Stamina yes but chakra? I always thought you lose chakra by using it. He wasn't using it and it wasn't being sucked up, so how I doubt it was just jumping out of his body. He was losing stamina due to fatigue/damage suffered in the war and a low amount of chakra. But again, he stayed alive because he had enough chakra to remain so. What Sakura did was the same thing she does to heal physical wounds. She didn't give him any chakra

3rd bold: If she did the same thing for Shikamaru as she did for Naruto, Shikamaru wouldn't have remained in the same state for 3 chapters. He was even under the assumption that he was going to dying BEFORE Naruto stepped in. Which proves that Sakura wasn't keeping him alive or helping him to recover, he was still dying even with her "help"



Sakura's role was to do what she could for him. Like I said in the above response, Shikamaru was under the assumption he was going to die even while Sakura was trying to save him. He was still getting worse and dying with her help. He didn't recover until Naruto stepped in. He wouldn't died with or without Sakura's help had Naruto not stepped in. What do you think the "Sorry dad, Naruto doesn't want me to go there yet" comment was for?

Obviously Naruto's the one who saved him, but he did have wounds that where healed from Sakura's jutsu. She just prolonged his life long enough for someone else to step in. She wasn't useless, but she didn't have a way to save him. If she would had just given up, then Shikamaru would had died sooner. Before Naruto or Tsuna helped.

She played no major role in this particular case. She wasn't able to do her remote healing so her involvement unfortunately was minimal. Even after naruto helped shikamaru sakura did not stop her mystical palm she even tell shikamaru she wont let him die than shikamaru stand up than sakura stop healing .

If she her healing had no point even after naruto help she would stop and let naruto do the work but she didn't and ino thanked her ( why would she thank sakura ? )

Her fans (me included) did not make it sound like sakura the one who did everything .
Its all respnd to the haters who jump on sakura for that scene saying naruto is better medic and saying sakura is not good medic .

Someone had to defend her character thats not overrating and yes sakura could have healed him by remote healing IF the slugs did not die .

It takes Chakra for a ninja's body to function. When there is a lack of chakra the body starts to fail, this includes organs and heart. Sakura was healing the damaged parts of his internal body, from the rapid failure of organ function. If she hadn't he would had died. She clearly prolonged his life long enough for Naruto and Tsuna to save him.

i dont see where the confusion is troyg? youve gotten more than enough explanations on how she did help shikamaru...whys it so hard to just admit she wasnt useless? or do you just hate a fictional character that bad? it doesnt take a genius to figure it out, they have explained how the medics work and the chakra networks and stuff. of course someone in the naruto world can die from running out of chakra. chakra is like energy for them basically, kakashi died in the pein arc from overexhaustion and running out of chakra, it happens. sakura basically healed up what she could and prolonged his life, whether she knew he would be saved or not, thats what she did and it did keep him alive longer. it even said in the manga itself just recently that the jubi tree sucked out the chakra of people...and they were dead as a doornail....
