I think what he is trying to say is that the Dojutsu is not a medical jutsu. Even Sharingam users can go blind (as seen with Itachi, Sasuke and Madara).

Using the Sharingan DOES give you better vision. But then again... as many have said: Sarada gene pool was mixed with a fodder gene. So who knows.

There has never been an Uchiha with glasses. The only way you're going blind as an Uchiha is by either someone ripping your eyes out or suffering the effects of the Mangekyo Sharingan. That is why it doesn't make sense for Sarada to need glasses to see, especially with her Sharingan activated.

I think it is more of a limiter on Sarada's eyes before she awakens a OP doujutsu. Remember how Obito always had problems with his eyes but in the end awakened Kamui. Something similar could happen to Sarada.
