Sakura is a main character, she is an important part of Naruto.

Duh Sakura's important. She's part of team seven. Although the "The Promise that Naruto made to her about bringing Sasuke back to Konoha, is his driving force." statement is wrong because he already stated what he is doing doesn't have anything to do with that promise but because he wants to help Sasuke.

there's only one main character in its naruto and the story not just about bringing sasuke back it was about bringing down the akatsuki and other villains. like naruto said its not just about some promise so no sakura not important.
