It can have nothing to do with points. Gentle fist cannot destroy seals, seal writing which carries chakra all over the body cannot be destroyed by gentle fist. They simple cannot stop the chakra flow in the seal writing.

You took "points" too literal bro you are trying to hard to win an losing argument. Obviously all 361 chakra points would not be closed from one of those attacks, except the Vacuum Air Palm, because they don't have enough power to effectively do that and not enough surface damage. Kisame did have "some" of his chakra points closed but it was never made noticeable because he has an overwhelming amount of stamina. That attack Neji did wouldn't give him any drawback.

This is why you need to go do your research. They are inserting chakra into the the points! What part of them being the same attack method do you not understand?
