It seems like some of the members of the Naruto fandom don't like to give Sakura her props and they tend to call everyone "fanboys" who give Sakura credit or down right attack Sakura fans. I honestly wouldn't be shock if my comment got a shit ton of dislikes.

Probably mid kage and depends on how kage level is defined. In comparision to other Hokage i don't think she can defeat kakashi or tsunade as tsunade has more chakra reserves and has more jutsus in her arsenal than sakura and yeah all the hokages are easily above her.
