The girls win. They are quite a formidable group. Byakugan, Chakra enhanced strength, Mind transfer technique, Genjutsu specialist and Ninja tool specialist plus having two medical ninja. They could come up with a good strategy using Hinata, Ino and Tenten's abilities seeing as they have a jounin on their team.

Hinata can use her Byakugan to keep tabs on Tsunade at all times.

Ino can do some back up healing, seeing as how she is not as combat able as the other girls.

Tenten, throws weapons.

Kurenai can use some genjutsu to throw Tsunade off.

And Sakura, being Tsunade's apprentice, has more intel on her than anyone else does, so she can use that to the teams' advantage.
