She was able to punch through multiple floors in a single strike and jump. She has natural strength
She was able to hold and overpower a super giant bear trap like Jutsu, with her bare hands. Not to mention the Jutsu was raiton, which is a heavy and dense chakra. She was too brute for Kido, so he had to result in using a Tail beast drug.
Also, Sakura eye reflexes are pretty fast by catching this trap because she was attacked by a lightning clone seconds before.
Kido's transformations explained. He looked like more of a monster version of his self besides the fox, but the power was all the same.
This time Sakura can dodge the bear trap attack, that was much more powerful and faster than before, which she claimed to be unable to dodge, which proves her speed was increased
This is why Sakura is deadly in H2H combat, she has 11 super fast limb heading her way and she manages to dodge them all. And a little durability feat too once he hit her.
Sakura doens't even notice an attack on his a base and releases her seal instantly while in battle.
Sakura tanks the TBB
Sakura must've been out of byakugou mode as Kido noted her condition, while he is completely uninjured, and it suggest that she is running low on chakra, which is nearly impossible given her byakugou, oh and Sakura has healing punches a new chakra control feat, she can release her medical ninjutsu in a punch.
She explains her healing punch, which was pretty instant, I think this is closure on how Tsunade was going to kill Orochimaru too...
so this was the only mention of her actually using a chakra enhance punch, other than in the begining, which seem to have a power powerful effect, actually moving Kido, the rest just where normal punches.

Sakura held her breath again.
Kido's transformations explained. He looked like more of a monster version of his self besides the fox, but the power was all the same.
In the scene it explains how Kido was so fast, about KCM speed probably, as they have the same power, Now Sakura reflexes are able to react to it, but not quite her footspeeed as he can use his chakra as a weapon. However the speed of her chakra control seems to be linked to her reflexes as she is able to used her chakra to sheild herself from the blow.
But she did adjust to the speed, seconds later, probably increasing her speed as she did earilier in the chase scene
I think Sakura uses her natural strength as opposed to Cherry blossom impact, becuase as seen earlier the chakra around her hand is the only thing that connects with the target as this time she just punches him,

I can’t fight this, Sakura concluded in a split second. Augmented by the tailed-beast drug, and in comparison to the last time Sakura witnessed this jutsu, it was faster, also more destructive by many times over.
However, Sakura didn’t make to retreat, but instead leapt forwards and dived to dodge the oncoming attack. Behind her, she heard the trap clamp shut with a loud SNAP!

“Not even close!” Sakura yelled back, and continued pummelling away. Her punches would land a clean hit, but no cracks would appear. She wound her fist back to launch another attack, but then Kido spoke.
“I’m not just going to let you punch me to your heart’s content, you know?” and shot his tails out at her.
Sakura dodges.
More tails lash out towards her.
Sakura dodges again.
However, the next wave of attacks find their mark.
Sakura was sent flying, and her back smashed against a gigantic tree. The air was knocked from her lungs, and her consciousness faded for a moment. She fell to the ground, but made to stand up straight away.
Kido also hopped down onto the ground.
This time, however, no cracks appeared.
“What’s up, you tired out already?”
“Not even close!” Sakura yelled back, and continued pummelling away. Her punches would land a clean hit, but no cracks would appear. She wound her fist back to launch another attack, but then Kido spoke.
“I’m not just going to let you punch me to your heart’s content, you know?” and shot his tails out at her.
Sakura dodges.
More tails lash out towards her.
Sakura dodges again.
However, the next wave of attacks find their mark.
Sakura was sent flying, and her back smashed against a gigantic tree. The air was knocked from her lungs, and her consciousness faded for a moment. She fell to the ground, but made to stand up straight away.

Sakura closed the gap between her and Kido, and repeatedly threw punches. There wasn’t a chance to press in like this up till now, so Sakura wanted to land as many hits as possible, every hit counts.

Kido suddenly opened his mouth wide, and Sakura sensed danger. She realised what Kido appeared to be doing was charge a concentrated chakra beam in his mouth.
This is bad… !
Sakura jumped backwards diagonally, and raised both arms in a cross before her face.
Is this a tailed beast bomb?
Immediately after, Kido fired the concentrated chakra ball.
It seemed as if the ball had been compressed whilst charging up within Kido’s mouth, for the moment it was fired, the diameter of the ball expanded to around one metre across, and blasted towards Sakura.
Sakura managed to dodge the direct hit, but it still managed to make contact with half her body. Sakura was blasted back through the forest.
Sakura broke through the thick branches of the forest and finally stopped flying when she hit a massive boulder.
She crumpled down on to the floor, and couldn’t stand up immediately. It hurt to breathe.
After ensuring that all of her limbs still worked properly, Sakura stood up.

Kido cocked his head to the side. “What do you mean, almost there? What are you playing at? You’re having trouble even standing, whereas I’m completely unscathed. You should be in despair right now, yet you’re spouting this nonsense?”
“Unscathed? Where?” Sakura asked, a small smile forming on her lips.
Kido made a shocked face and turned his gaze towards his chest. Then he saw it.
A large crack running across his chest that hadn’t healed back up for some reason, with certain parts at the center of the crack already breaking off.
“Oi! What the hell is this!” Kido panicked. “Why isn’t it healing?”
“That’s because the cells in that particular area have already died.”
“Died…?” As Kido uttered those words, more parts of the hardy armor on his chest began to peel off.
“My punches, were working. I just made it look like they were pretty much useless.”
“…?” Kido narrowed his eyes.
“Unscathed? Where?” Sakura asked, a small smile forming on her lips.
Kido made a shocked face and turned his gaze towards his chest. Then he saw it.

“To heal a wound is basically making the cells in that area divide and form new cells. That’s how you seal an open wound. However, the number of times a cell can divide is limited. Yes, Your armour is impenetrably hard. However, if you overexert and force your cells to incessantly divide, your cells there will die, and that part will become vulnerable. It’s one of the practical applications of the creation rebirth technique.”
