No, If one wants to be fair, there's no comparison to be made required, If anything, Sakura should be compared to Naruto and Sasuke because she's the main heroine, but you do admit she lacks in the main heroine department right?, that's why she's compared with 'support' characters like Hinata and Ino.

Conclusion: No comparisons are fair, and Sakura clearly looks bad when you compare her with a secondary character due to last chapters where those secondary characters having more relevance than her.

Hinata was their for naruto during the two most important battles of his life ,because she too believes in him and his conviction.
Sakura is suppose to be his bff and she was nowhere to be found on either occasion.

Like come on kishi you have you main character fighting a very important battle why not bring in the main heroine and give her some screen time,you know perhaps maybe some character depth expand on her one trick skill set.Sakura has been talking about finding her resolve and when the oppertunity arises kishi shuts them right in here face.

I don't hate sakura just because i tell it how it is.
As of now sakura is a watered down version of tsunade with no unique skills of her own and holds little to absolutely no relevance to the story at hand.

Yeah... Hinata has been there when Naruto was on his worst, they share the same ideals and have saved each other, Sakura is his friend but she's not there in those moments, I guess it's because she will be there for Sasuke in the future, I don't know what will Kishimoto do with her character, honestly.
