You use all these words to describe her, yet she was part of a 4 person effort that just sealed a god and saved the world.

She single handily punched her by surprise, allowing Naruto and Sasuke to seal her. Without that punch she was free to keep going upwards and escape and the new dimension could have been finished and it would have been over.

Sakura decked a god in the back of the head so hard her horn broke, and helped save the world. I really don't think that classifies as fodder.

How was she able to hurt Kaguya with ninjutsu? It's not really super strength but chakra release from her fist. It's like body flicker.
