Sakura Hate is not Justified.

There are numerous reasons why Sakura isn't well written. First off, her infatuation with Sasuke is simply ridiculous. Sure, I can understand it occurring at the beginning of the series(she was only 12-and a lot of us are stupid at age 12) but it continued on in Shippuden. In other words, she didn't mature. The danzo arc was killer for Sakura's character. She thought she could take out Sasuke alone, and used her comrades as nothing more than tools(and then failed). It's painfully obvious that her thinking about Sasuke messed up her thought process. Her fake confession to Naruto was also incredibly stupid, especially given how Naruto saw through the charade and told her off. You don't play with someones feelings lke that. Then there's the current arc, where she was thinking about "sasuke-kun not caring" in the middle of the worst war in history. In other words, she has barely matured at all with regards to Sasuke, and it's made worse given how sasuke doesn't give a flying fuk about her!

The second problem with her character is that she has ZERO direct ties to any of the main villains.(unless you count sasuke, but he's an anti hero) This is a big problem, as the people who play a role in the villains defeat all usually have connections to them, which leads to interesting dialogue. Naruto was connected to obito since they both wanted to be hokage but chose different paths, Sasuke is connected to this since he's an Uchiha, and Kakashi is friends with Obito. Sakura isn't connected to them in the slightest.

There's also the added problem:What do we really know about her OUTSIDE team 7? What are her views on the shinobi world? What does she think about the will of fire, or the curse of hatred? What are her goals?(outside of team 7) And finally, she doesn't have much fighting feats, and this is a shonen manga which focuses on fighting. Being a medic means that all the work is done on the sidelines, which is great for a SIDE character, but the main characters are meant to be in the spotlight, and medics don't take centre stage in the action. That's the bottom line, and why Sakura's character isn't the best.

All in all, she's a "main character" only in terms of panel times.

In terms of significance, she is quite behind the other three.

I actually don't prefer to call her a main character to be honest.

What exactly do you know about world wide opinion. As far as I know Sakura is big in the place of origin for this manga and her territories. Majority of haters stem from these parts or pairing krazed people who don't understand the type of the manga.

Again, that would be irrelavant because no matter what way you look at it, she hasnt done much in the entire series regardless of her having ocular powers or not. Her habbit of rushing in is what puts her in avoidable situations. Sasuke retrieval/Kage submit arc is a prime example.

It's not irrelevant because she, like I said, is just a normal girl. Look how at she's come without special abilities or special lineage, then judge.

Well i can't dislike her that much, at least she can heal, i wonder if she didn't have the ability to heal, that would suck so bad.​

If she did'nt have any healing then Sakura would be like her Part 1 self in terms of usefulness.Sad but true.

Except that it won't suck, it would be better. Kishi would develop her fighting skills more, including her genjutsu ability with her skilled chakra control. We would see more fights from her.

I hate sakura other then anyone else in NV, Let me explain ~ Why I hate her!

1. In part two except the sasori fight she really did nothing much.
2. Trained under Tsunade directly yet she shows no skills other then her shanaroo and punching the ground.
3. In pain arc she really did nothing to try to save naruto when he was in peril!!
4. Kage summit arc ~ She tried to kill sasuke but got saved instead!!
5. In juubi arc she keeps blabbering about reaching on sasuke and naruto's level and then the very second later she needs to get saved by naruto and sasuke.
6. In war/juubbi arc being the heroine of the manga she really did nothing noticeable.
7. Lately in the recent chapters she tried to be the diversion but again got saved by naruto.
8. It is war people are dying and all she was thinking about sasuke instead of fighting!!

1. Uhm she destroyed two of Sasoris strongest puppets. She made an antidote to his poison. She healed chiyo, she physically destroyed sasoris body puppet.
2."Shanoroo" punch is actually controlling a great amount of chakra in one place to make incredible blows. She also knows many other Medical ninjutsu. (Naruto only really knows rasengan and shadow clone so its a similar concept to Sakuras)
3.She followed instructions, she knew she was no match against Pain, and that Naruto would do better against pain alone. She also took charge of the medical ninjutsu department, when Shizune and Tsunade were unable to, saving MANY lives
4.This was a mental challenge for her, she was not mentally ready, but she made a move on her own showing her independence.
5.Are you kidding me? When she demolished the ground? Summoned Katsuyu healed the whole shinobi force
Ya okay , she was so useless.
6. Again she healed many soldiers. -_-....
7. She went head on to madara. Naruto and Sasuke just stood there, she was courageous, and she didnt need to be saved, she was in byakugou, she would heal anyways. She cant die unless she has that jutsu cancelled.
8.Sasuke straight up told her to shut the f** up, if iw ere a girl i think that would be put in my mind. Kishimoto hasnt done a very good job of developing her character.

I could go on. She's normally a non combat character, support if she will. The fact that she mastered the jutsu Tsunade used against Madara, the same that Madara called her the physically strongest kage, says a lot. Right now, she is outclassed in power, but had that been edo Madara she would have done serious damage. Tsunade was hanging in there against 5 wood clones using Susanoo. Madara eventually had to split her in half, because she was likely troublesome.

Get real, the Sakura hate is crazy. Hot tempered women aren't too uncommon in manga, especially when they're in the main cast(Keiko, Botan, Kaoru, Chi-Chi, Bulma, Videl, Pan, Rukia, Yoruichi, Kagome, Sango, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, ect)

I don't dislike Sakura for not being from a special clan or not having hacked abilities. This is a good quality in this manga.

Hence that's not the main reason why do people dislike her. It is one of the things she have and when you dislike someone everything about him/her sticks out as bad even if they are not.

We're acting like if Tsunade is not the only one the way she is and Sakura being her student could only adopt her skills. Two people in NV with near same skill set is unique..

Sakura does still have her genjutsu aptitude, you don't lose something like that. If kaguya does come back im pretty sure she might use genjutsu and Sakura might get more feats, as she only has one.

Also before you might say sasuke saved them from IT i should remind you sasuke assumed they cannot protect themselves and also kaguya does not have to fight with It level genjutsu if that is her fighting style because genjutsu was foreshadowed in early part 2 and yh that will set the difference between her and Tsunade which is realistic way to end Sakura power wise as she is. Unless she ate the fruit..

Which is why I hope Sakura's skill in genjutsu comes into play in future chapters,atleast it'll set her apart from being a copy of Tsunade.

The problem is..A main character like Sakura,who has trained under the Fifth Hokage and is in team 7 gets nothing to do other than getting saved by her teammates.
She is a poorly written female character..well almost all female characters in Naruto are written pathetically.
