After fighting in this war Naruto is exceptionally worn out, he may even be in critical condition by the end of this fight so someone is going to need to heal him. Especially if u remember that Naruto's arm is supposed to get messed up.

Not only that, but I doubt Sasuke has enough chakra to control the Bijuu by himself right now. So releasing MT isn't gonna happen in his current state
