I agree, we're yet to see her genjutsu abilities. Naruto and Sasuke have surpassed their masters, so Sakura will surpass Tsunade too

- Sakura was struggling to keep Shikamaru alive and yet, Tsunade healed him in one touch.
- Tsunade is a Senju-Uzumaki hybrid, Sakura is not.
- Tsunade has giant boobs no jutsu, Sakura does not.

Tsunade is more knowledgeable, and has more experience too. There's also the fact that Tsunade healed Shikamaru with a touch, when Sakura couldn't he'll him at all. Tsunade also has a far stronger body.

The only think Sakura has over Tsunade is that she doesn't need jutsu to look young.
