Iruka is a chunin btw and you talked about right now in the war. If we talk about the series, than we can mention Sakura taking out Sasori with Chiyo and other feats too.
With youngsters I mean the konoha 11 or 12 or whatever, they are still only 16 (no adult).
In the war:
Sakura took out the neji-zetsu, who infiltrated the medic camp.
She was among the medics that figured out zetsu his dna being similar to hashirama.
She has healed plenty of people in the war, both on screen and behind the screen.
How is this less than Kiba, who sniffed out some people?
@Hermits,
reply to post #52 pretty please.
The message of this manga is:
That everyone makes mistakes, falls, has to get up, falls has to get up again (through difficult times in life) and that you have to try to keep doing your best. Something like this.
^^^agreedSakura is now support role, learn it love it you can't change it.
And you just prove you don't know the manga you're reading because you can't get past of your hate-goggles and see how, she, actually did help the storyline.
Well i am sorry i cant be a crazed fanboy/fangirl that wont expect the fact that sakura has not played a role in the manga
That is not really a message imo.Oh, Jezaz, I'm going to tell it once and for all... The damn message which KISHI HIMSELF said it's about, especially, in Shippuden is BONDS!
He even reinforced this idea with 615!
Sakura is a special BOND to Naruto and not only. Her role is much more than this, but I won't start blabbering on this thread about her meaning in the hate, as it's one of my personal projects.![]()

A message would be more like ''bonds are the most important things in life'' or something like that.
I originally thought it was the same as #51 but since that post was wrong, I had to come up with this stuff about falling, getting up and doing your best xd.

well, that was the short version of it. Of course since we're talking bonds here it's implied they are important, right? Because they are bonds.
The manga has many more layers, some of which, i am sure the people around the base didn't even think about, but it's expected since some of them only follow it for the sake of the action.
In the way you view it, maybe. No one is hateing on Sakura's inability as a main character to play a role in the manga
Sorry, it's not my fault you're not following the author and his interviews.ok kishi since you've clearly found meaning in the manga you have created enlighten us all

NC: What is the most important thing for you to express in Naruto Part II?
Masashi Kishimoto: I've always had "bonds" in my mind as the fundamental theme. And since the story is about battles and struggles, I'm inclined to depict the resulting complications and....difficult relationships. Still, the emphasis will be on bonds. I'm going to show each side's perspective. I won't really divide the cast into friends and foes, but I want to portray each group's circumstance in a fair manner. And when they clash, I want to get inside the mindset of the characters. It won't be a feel-good narrative, since the premise is more complicated than your basic good vs. evil, but I'll give it a try.
@ the last bold: And this is one of the reasons Sakura is hardly an understood character.
People follow naruto because its a good manga and in the beginning of first viewing you like the action we have all been there but as you start following it more in depth you change your reasoning and if you first looked at the manga/anime and said i liked this show due to its in depth relationship that kishi created for everyone then thats you, others shouldn't be persecuted for liking naruto for the action or called not a true fan
Part I she was could have been replaced...only two moments were protecting Naruto/Sasuke in the forest of death....even though many people ended up Comming to help, and then waking people up during the fighting.
Part II she does more.
First she saves Kankuro. This developes an antidote for Sasori. Also, Kankuro heads the ambush division which saves scores of lives from Sasori and Deidara.
Nextshe helps defeat Sasori....who is honestly one of the stronger characters in the story.
By having the antidote, she and Chiyo survive....this allows Chiyo to revive Gaara. Gaara was key to uniting the alliance with his speech.
Third she discovered exactly how Zetsu was operating. This allowed for several people to developed methods to prevent friendly fire...for example like Shikamaru's rings.
Finally she heals Hinata. Hinata just recently helped snap Naruto back into action. Hinata also saved Naruto from a Mokuton spike.
Sakura doesn't exactly contribute by being the main reason an action occurs but rather, like a medic, saves the lives of others who go on to make the big actions.
You can't compare Sakuras feets through others many medical ninja throughout the manga can due what she does
