But isn't byakugou an ability achieved through training too.

Sakura was always able to heal herself in part 2 ,but now she is even better she can not only heal but also regenerate instantly and automatically .

Yet she couldn't regenerate when KN4 ***** slapped her with it's tail.

1-that was before she awaken yin seal ,she can easily heal from that now.
2-it was said that the injury from the kyubi attack worked as a poison which made her numb and can't mold chakra .

Kabuto wasn't affected so he could mold chakra easily unlike sakura.

Anyway with her current auto /instant healing It doesn't matter if she gets numb or not anymore since it will heal itself.

Oh i know Byakugou is a technique gained through training. But I do not believe Byakugou is the same as this.

Byakugou is the peak of Medical ninjutsu as a whole. What i posted was only the peak of external injury healing.
