Take Shino and Kiba away then that leaves a debatable Lee (byakugou) and a near absolute Neji. For some reason, even with the same abilities Hinata doesn't measure up.

In my opinion, the people who were developed the most between Part I and II were Sakura, Hinata, Naruto and Sasuke. Kishi probably did it on purpose. Mainly ALL the characters obviously developed, but those four developed extremely compared to their previous selfs.

Hinata:

More Self-Aware
Fighting Skills have improved tremendously

Some people will acknowledge it some people *cough cough ShiraT* will attack this thread batcrap crazy screaming "USELESS FODDER!!!" But Sakura has talent.

@BOLD She may have talent, but it does not change the fact that she is (or seems) to be usless most of the time. In addition to that she is very annoying and I am always amazed how people can like her personality....
