The arm was gigantic. It is clearly implied it wasn't exactly fast but very big which made it cover a wide area. We actually see a shadow above Sakura and she wasn't dodging, she was running for her life.

You must be joking. A clear example of Naruto probably moving at lightspeed or higher is when he dodges Madara's LIGHTbeam. He says that to Sasuke because the hand had absorbing properties and if Sasuke was gone, GG Ninjaverse.

Sakura is tiers below Naruto and Sasuke. Just be happy with the fact Kishimoto actualy gave her the spotlight a few times. Sakura fans complain that she was badly written and not well used when it is clearly shown that she was important to help Naruto survive and seal Kaguya, or when her strength was shown while punching juubi minions during the war arc.

She was praised by other characters plenty of times, idk what the hell you guys want more but she is NOT on the same level as Naruto, not even the best of fanfics can make it sound good.

Just be glad with what she was given by the author because honestly and due to her annoying perfomance during the whole series, she actually deserved zero.

First of all,Your last point do not make sense.Naruto cannot run at 'light speed'.What he can do is,dodge and possess the reflexes to,when faced against a light speed attack:lol.Me dodging a bullet=/=me running faster than a bullet.

Second of all,Whatever happens in the manga can be countered by whatever happens in the manga.Itachi said Jiraiya would kick his ass,yet later on we find out the dude was invincible.Madara thought Gedo Rods were his will manifestation then later on we find out Black Zetsu fabricated his ass:lol.
