Sakura is a good choice, NB Battle-wise. Her character is just a turn-off though tbvh. I'd rather get her daughter because at least she is more interesting.

Btw, that bio is pretty powerful in NB RP. You can use all the elements+as far as I remember, you can also use Byakogu(don't need Fuuin training for that), confirm it with mods though+taijutsu boost+Slug contact, which has a lot of potential.

Yeah you're right, you don't need training in any of the seals or slugs contracts.

I only disliked her character before the Timeskip. After she matured, she became better... save for a few things.
