Because of Tsunade's rules for medical ninja. She took a long time to store up chakra for her new power, and now it's finished she can fight... the plot was shitty, on how she suddenly acquired it (when Sasuke showed up). However, it makes since in the manga, no matter how stupid the timing was.

She wanted naruto to handle it...(recent power up is illogical on Kishi's part)
Worst part is she didn't use it at the height of madara, tobi, juubi battle .. It's now madara is sitting down, juubi is pinned down and obito is missing she decides to go all out. Where was she when neji gave his life?Why you ask ?!

Sakura could have soloed all 6 paths of Pein with a single punch and then take on Nagato/konan mid difficulty.
She was simply too op for pein but she wanted Naruto to have some spotlight so she held back

You guys are beyond stupid if after a whole week it hasnt been drilled in your god damn heads, that she had to create the seal to use it first. Using the chakra because she was able to form the seal she would not have access to its freaking abilities. Jesus.
PAIN was NOT her arc, it was for showing off Naruto's sage mode, you know kishimoto actually plans things he doesn't make it up as he goes as you people would like to believe. Tsunade didn't even get to face off why the f*ck do you think sakura would have gotten a shot.
Pain was overkill anyways, Naruto couldn't even beat him without the intel and going ham with kyubi mode and the famous TALK NO JUTSU.

It's funny how you say that, If kurama could let ma and pa have fusion with naruto, naruto would stomp pain's a$$ so yeah. At least pain didn't kill sakura, bless for that.
You should realise these characters are not self aware. Secondly by the looks of your avi you need to shutup about Naruto dependancy. She didn't know who she was before she stole Naruto's nindo way and now everything she thinks about involves him she is super dependant on Naruto she has no mind of her own.
I disagree because ma and pa were still there on the field. They coulda still used the jutsu they did before minus maybe the genjutsu, it would not have mattered. Sakura is not the main protagonist. It's freaking spelled out to would why she had no interaction with pain. It was part of Hinata's plot to go down there and get her ass kicked and it was part of Sakura's to heal her butt. Also plot for Naruto to master SM and be back JUST when he was needed. Everything happens for a reason in the story that is all i am saying. He doesn't draw characters out of a hat and say oh? i'll let you do this or that.
