Sakura is about as fast expected of a top tier shinobi (not counting the demigods of the series). People want to downplay her as much as they can because they're bandwagoning retards, but that's okay, their input doesn't matter.

Just because you believe that Sakura cannot handle those speeds doesn't mean she can't. Fact of the matter is, she isn't that much slower than the god tiers of the verse.
This panel shows that Naruto himself thinks that the hands have really fast movements.

Now what's my point?
Well, Naruto and Sauce are currently the fastest characters in the manga. Faster than 8th Gate Gai at this point in the story. That means that the hand things from this chapter are at least as fast as Might Gai. It's simple powerscaling to be honest.

Distortion of Space requires at least relativistic speeds. Relativistic speeds start at 10% of the speed of light, which would be 29,979,245.8 meters per second. Gai is at least this fast, which would mean that the hand things we saw this chapter are also this fast.

We clearly see that Sakura was able to move a short distance before the hand could reach her melee range. It means that the hands are faster than her, but not by much.
I will generously gesture that the hands are 10 times faster than Sakura, so we simply divide our number by 10 to get an approximation of Sakura's speed.
Sakura's Speed = 29,979,245.8/10 = 2,997,924.58 meters per second
That Mach Speed calculation was ... completely wrong and irrelevant. But I do agree that Sakura is pretty fast and definitely not at the level most here assume her to be.
I would love to see Hinata and Sakura's Versus match logic now. All Sakura has to do is blitz Hinata and smash her fist into her balloons. Game over - A character rendered irrelevant.
