That was one of the foolish plans she ever came up with and even some of the squad like Sai and Kiba also share that to some extent.They all agreed to kill him as a team completely forgetting that Sasuke was a guy who had gone up against guys like Itachi and Orochimaru and could have killed all of them quite easily even as a team

1.He lost the susanoo as his vision was blurring,not because he was blind.He lost his focus
2.Even when Itachi's susanoo was fading out and Sasuke threw explosive kunais on him,he was able to summon the armoured version to save himself at a significant cost of his health
3.She had the kunai pointed at his back yes but had she tried to kill him,she wont go far stabbing him till he summons the ribcage because she isnt that strong in stabs as Madara is and with a lowly small kunai at that

Sakura told Kakashi after Sasuke retrieval arc that Orochimaru had done some medical modifications to Sasuke.This ties in that the immunity stays even though Oro is sealed away
Sakura's Kunai was within centimeters of Sasukes body and Sasuke was factual losing his sight and in return a jutsu granted by his Dōjutsu he was losing.
Sasuke wasn't even aware that she was behind him within the moments she was prepared and able to strike, her weeping plus hesitation gave her away.
I didn't say it was smart for her to presume Sasuke with that line but it's a fact that Sakura placed herself in a position to kill Sasuke and if they were there, Sasukes weakened state could have given them the W.

Her weaknesses is Sasuke.Nothing else is getting in her way except her emotions but she still works hard.
She has taken out 4th Kazekage Kaguya Zetsu Juubi Clones.
He did deserve it but wasn't he the one who saved Naruto's life.She even considered him a comrade you expect her to inflict pain upon him?
Medic and Shinobi aren't one in the same - just because she's good at the former doesn't mean she's successful in the latter.

She's not just a sub-par shinobi, more often than not she's "trash".
She pleaded and begged with Sasuke to take her with him, in Part 1. To inaffect, deflect from Konoha and become a missing-nin, to forsake all her comrades, her team mate Naruto, her sensei Kakashi, her parents/family, Ino and the rest of the Rookies and join Orochimaru - a man who led an invasion against their village, murdered their Hokage and is notorious for human experimentation and treating his subordinates like scum.
