No. She is a worthless, useless, terrible, crappy Shinobi. And most importantly, she isn't even a big part of the story anymore. Seriously, she is crap. What can she do, punch really hard? What has she done besides whine and get in the way and fail at life? Nothing. Well she beat Sasori, but that was only because of Chiyo, and Plot no Jutsu. Otherwise she would've died in two seconds. Damn crybaby and idiotic. Naruto has done everything for her and loves her and she is a stupid b**** that still loves Sasuke for some dumb reason, even though he tried to kill her. At least Karin is reasonable and doesn't anymore after he tried to kill her. Lol.
Anyway, time to be serious. For real though, while it is a high possibility that Tsunade's Slug indeed is the other legendary animal summon that can teach Sage Mode, I highly doubt that she can use it, for one simple reason. She doesn't have nearly enough Chakra herself. Sure, she has amazing Chakra control, as seen by many different feats she has accomplished; climbing the tree instantly, learning Tsunade's super strength, being a good Medical Ninja, etc. That would be very useful to control Sage Mode, and she would probably be able to master Perfect Sage Mode quite quickly because of that. But alas, she can't. You need enough of your own physical and spiritual Chakra to meld with Nature Chakra to balance it out, and enter Sage Mode.
No matter how great her Chakra control is, if she doesn't have enough Chakra herself, she would turn into a Slug. It was stated by Pa that you need high enough Chakra to balance out the Nature Chakra into perfect harmony, otherwise the Nature Chakra would just take over your body. That is why he said that only Jiraiya and Naruto can use Sage Mode...well obviously he just said those two since he was talking about people with Frog contracts, but he generally meant only people with abnormally high Chakra can use it. Even Orochimaru couldn't use it, and he obviously has a hell of a lot more Chakra quantity than Sakura. Hell even Sasuke probably wouldn't be able to use it, since he is an Uchiha, and it has been stated that Uchiha's, more precisely ancestors of the Elder Brother, have POWERFUL Chakra, not high amounts of Chakra.
Well I don't remember what else I wanted to say, but I think that pretty much sums it up. Not enough Chakra, period.
