I'll explain how Sakura beats Kiba. She has sleep gas bombs to put him to sleep. Kiba relies on his sense of smell when he is using his wolf fang over fang which would be suicide to do against Sakura since when he sniffs even a bit of the gas, he will fall asleep giving Sakura a relatively easy victory. Kiba will be difficut to fight against though since he has a lot of speed and raw power but one punch from her will put him in the hospital if not kill him. During Naruto's fight with Kiba, Naruto was using chakra control in his feet to keep up with Kiba's fast but linear speed despite his own sloppy. Sakura can do the same if not more easily since her chakra control is far superior.

Both Sakura and Kiba can one shot each other but Sakura's chances are higher since she has more tools in her arsenal compared to Kiba, better chakra control and higher level of intellect.
