The only Sakura feat that matters is her intelligence.
Why?
-Sakura was placed in team 7 to balance out the talents.
-Sakura is clanless, so we don't have to look in depth about her origins. We just have to see her as Sakura the intelligent team 7 member.
-Sakura's general feats are her chakra control, genjutsu typing, and book smarts. It makes sense for her to become a medic. And being a Team 7 member, she was then paralleled to become Tsunade's inheritor.
-She doesn't advance the plot. She just adds drama and flavor, for whatever extent she does.
-Sakura's motivation is to save Sasuke and for her feelings to be acknowledged somehow. She also wants to mature and make Naruto and Sasuke watch her back. Her motivation made her step up and learn medical ninjutsu under Tsunade's tutelage. She has been successful in that field and even mastered Byakugou. How again? Her motivation to be better because of her teammates.
-All her feats, big or small, is granted by her intelligence.
Sakura is your intelligent clanless character with no particular skill set but through her motivation to catch up to her teammates, her talents bloomed and become a top combat-medical ninja. That's her overall character development. No need to exaggerate her further.
