Sakura fans why do you like Sakura?

So far I've only seen one legit response made. Even if I don't agree with it, at least I found out why that one person liked Sakura.

The rest is just "I like her because so many hate her". That's fuc*king stupid, really. Letting fans influence your perspective on a character is ridiculous.

See the direct relationship between "she is an underdog" and "haters make her an underdog"? That's exactly what I am talking about. I just want to see what traits of her character you like. Something that comes from her own character, not from other people.

I think that's how the majority of her fans started liking her. Idk, though. Just wanted to hear people's view on why they like her. That's all.

To be honest, one thing I never got is the singling out of sakura for being just like tsunade when there are so many characters who are nearly the same in ability to their precesesors.

Ex:
Oonoki - Mu
4th raikage - 3rd raikage
Gai - Lee
Hiashi - Neji
4th Kazekage - Gaara

I fwwl there is a difference that I can't quite place.

Sakura is a great character. Its just kishi will have his moment with girls. I guess he portrays them to act likeboys?

You know, when they really like someone, they hit em and act the complete opposite of what they really feel.
Thus the hitting when Sakuras being helpful.

As for usefulness, yeah kishis very traditional. Make women dependent to the main character, I suppose its a way to give the spotlight back to the one being in focused.

She is a 'heroine' to me .She saves lives ,Thats alone enough to make me like her imo .I like her with her many flaws .She is a selfish girl when it comes to unimportant stuff ,but when it comes to real matters she is one of the most selfless characters .

She was one of the weakest characters in naruto she didn't have a famous clan or KKG or any special born abilities, *but now she is the 3rd/2nd best medic in the world .

She became one of the strongest female characters now .

when i first read naruto i didn't like sakura but she was very funny character and entraining to me

She along with ino were the first characters that made me laugh in Naruto. (although there is no much comedy in naruto)

Her rivalry with ino ," inner sakura" ,team 7 dynamic ,her fails etc..

I like her bond with ino with sasuke with lee with Naruto and with tsunade .

To you she might be boring ,but She is fun and very interesting character to me .

2. Females love drama (Naruhina BS, so they hate Hinata)
3. Sakura was useless for the longest, got power-ups, now they have a reason to defend her with no hesitation (whether right or wrong).
4. Pity.. She is just another fodder compared to her partners. They have to see something in her to make it more then what it is.

Those are the main 4 reasons' I've seen on this site. Any more I might be missing?

I'm an odd one. I like Sakura and Hinata and prefer NaruHina and do not like SasuSaku.
