legit reasons why kishi failed or lost interest in sakura:
says she was so good at controlling and using chakra: only uses brute force, not genjutsu developement.
says that she she intellectual and super smart: when it comes down to it crys and does nothing, contributes only by healing. Sakura could have been a really good fighter or genjutsu user, instead kishi made her a crying useless only good for healing tsunade clone. who does not have any resolve. plus her dialogue and temper are turn offs.

Dislike her. It's mostly her personality, and her development, too, considering it wasn't all that great, but some of her fans have contributed to this dislike, as well. Some of them are way too expectant of people to like Sakura just because she did something impressive or because she's strong and the best medic. I will admit to her feats, but that doesn't mean ill start liking her because of it. And, frankly, I won't anytime soon.

Sorry every time something happens she reflects back saying next time I'll do more and yet she's always sitting back crying the next time around. I had hopes at the beginning of Shippuden but then a let down.
