Why?
They are 300+ feet away from one another and Sasuke is much faster than her and has a longer range arsenal.
Sasuke can also Fly
Worse case Sasuke just burns the forest to prep kirin
Sakura will burn up her Byakago healing just to get close enough to strike.

Call me when Sakura actually takes on 5 Susanoo clones like a boss. Until then, she ain't surpassing her.
On the other hand, Hebi slaughters her without going CM or using Kirin.

Do you seriously think kishi is gonna show all the characters abilities in the manga? That's literally impossible...for example, oro had all the elements releases but he only showed two of them, does that mean he only had 2? noop of course...
Btw, Let hebi Sasuke beat 5 Susanoo easily clones, then compare him to a person who's stronger than Tsunade...
