nope, noodle knew hinata loved him and soo did hinata, when noodle confessed to hinata, he knew hinata loved him, but she went off with toneri, so he tought he got dumped, but they had moment knowing each other loved one another, so hinata knew she loved him, and he confessed making her know he loved her, soooo they both knew is only when hinata left noodle felt shocked he was like wtf i thought she liked me, sooooo why is she dumping me lol

Like I said Naruto only brought him back. If Sakura's feelings never got through then Sasuke wouldn't have reciprocated.

I will say that Sasuke's change of heart was instrumental to SasuSaku happening though

No, she means that Sakura was ready to give up the Written Exam for Naruto.
The problem - the same as in 469:
Underestimating Naruto big time.
Sakura is extremely guilty of this, while Hinata is known for the exactly OPPOSITE tendency of OVER-estimating Naruto.
Well, not really, but enough to BOOST his self-confidence in 98, lol.
Hinata's belief in Naruto since before the manga > Sakura's knowledge of Naruto throughout the entire manga.
Hinata solos in that regard.
And that's pretty much a manga FACT.
