One of the major themes in this Gaiden is that there is more to one's parentage than just genes, which is why Sakura had that conversation with Shin. If what the OP is saying comes to fruition, then Sakura will be contradicting her own message to Shin by having her child engineered in a lab just to create a powerful child instead of conceiving naturally. This would mean that she is a filthy little hypocrite, and would consequently make her all the poorer in terms of character development(even worse than it already is) for doing so. Meh Sakura is the mother and that's all that matters. She raised Sarada and by right makes her the mother.

Karin is merely DNA to Sarada.

To be honest I am very least bit impressed by Sakura in this gaiden. It all just feels like damage control to me. Her character has not really changed at all. Her being with Sasuke is still a degradtion to her character. On top of that not having a blood related baby. Lmao NaruHina has it easy.

1.absolutely,that's why she wouldn't care about the child being not hers,if it's sasuke's child she would absolutely be hers too because she's the wife.[because relationships are all about feelings and not if people are connected with blood,exactly when naruto felt Iruka his father]
2.not hypocrite it exactly fits,and if that's the case then Sasuke would have been the one insisted on getting a baby with sharingan because one of his dreams is to rebuild his clan.

Yes, because clinging onto a guy after he is apathetic towards you even at the best of times, tries to murder you twice mercilessly, being prepared to abandon your friends, family, teachers and like for said apathetic guy as a mere 12-year-old and much more is very realistic and a perfect role model for young readers to follow. Thanks for shedding light on this exceedingly difficult concept to understand to me and everyone else. Majority of the times you will see girls like Sakura not marring a guy like Sasuke. Yes there are chances of them being bf/gf only cause the girl is considering it love when its not. But that is reality.

NaruHina is also not very realistic because no way a girl would wait two years for her to be accepted by a dude who only thought the girl's love for him was like ramen.

In the end of the day both of these pairings are unrealistic. However NaruHina is more positively developed. It does not have the negetive image like SasuSaku. If you truly respected Sakura than you would want her to end up with a better character who actually gave her the respect. Not someone who considered her annoying till the last minute.
