Sakura doesn't have any picture of her parents in the anime

So it seems even in the anime Sakura has no image of her parents, but she has a image of Sasuke with team Taka, herself and Sarada.

We don't see Sakura in contact or seeing her parents or even showing her daught to Sakura parents.

This could mean that Sakura parents are so awful she doesn't want to see her parents and show her daughter or Sakura is a bad daughter which I highly dought.

Sakura never said anything good about her parents ever, so maybe her parents are just awful.

More likely Sakura doesn't get along with her parents at all. They were ignorant villagers who made fun of orphans. In a level or another, they were emotionally abusive as well, looking at road to ninja.

She wasn't popular enough so most fans weren't interested on her. Instead of trying to develop her to make her a better and more relatable character, Kishimoto just side lined Sakura.

Her parents realized she had developed the stockholm syndrome and cut her out of their life immediately after she graduated from the Academy. Sakura then proceeded to turn her affections towards Sasuke, growing more infatuated with him from each time he called her annoying or tried to kill her or made her think he killed her. This is why Sakura is such a tragic character. Sasuke felt bad for her so he let her adopt his and Karin's child.
