Tsunade has Many jutsu to support Her strength Sakura dose not base on what is shown in the Manga. Sakura only being a short range fighter put Her at a disadvantage agains midrange and long range fighters, especially elemental fighters that can use wind fire, earth,lightning and so forth. If it took less than a genius like Shikamaru to beat Hidan with just his brain, Sakura can beat Hidan because she's very intelligent herself like Shikamaru.

Sakura intelligent is highest in team7 so hidan will not be problem
