Sakura definately has Surpassed Tsunade.

She hasn't surpassed Tsunade yet. Their moveset is the same, but Tsunade has better taijutsu and more experience. In a battle Katsuyu would stay loyal to her, therefore she still beats her student.

Katsuyu would be loyal to no one. No reason to assume that she'd have to pick between Sakura and Tsunade when she can just not fight. Not to mention they can each summon 5% of the total slug from the forest, so they each have their own slug.

Experience doesn't mean anything at all.

The only thing you have a point with is the better Taijutsu, but Sakura hits harder than Tsunade does, and probably has more chakra in her seal than Tsunade does.

Id doesent matter if they both summon 5% of katsuyu katsuyu stays the same
And she woud stqy loyal to Tsunade and not sakura
There is no proof that sakura has more chakra in her seal than tsunade
They have both huge reserves of chakra
They hit both extremly hard

A summon can decide whether to be loyal to the summoner or not. Katsuyu knows Tsunade for a long time, therefore I assume she wouldn't betray her and she certainly wouldn't attack herself if Sakura also summons her.

Seriously?
* First of all Sakura wasn't able to heal shikamaru because she had intially used all her chakra.

* Secondly Kakashi specifically said kurama only upgrade his kamui 3 times more.
Kurama chakra only upgrade justu's & technique not magically help a shinobi learn a technique.
Besides show me scans were Sakura said Kurama chakra sped up her justu.

* Thirdly Sakura was able to learn tsunade justu's easily even though she came from an unknown linage.
Tsunade in other hand came from both Senju & Uzumaki linage respectively.
