Where did you come to this conclusion? Last time I checked, her wind was fast enough to counter sound waves, mow down a forest in the blink of an eye and fast enough to hit the 3rd Raikage.

Anyway due to Kitsuchi and Temari's area of effect, they would likely be the biggest threats to A so if he decides to blitz them first, he can win but I doubt he'll do that. He'll most likely go for Darui considering Darui can feed his team intel on the Raikage's abilities.

Even if Temari's wind skims the Raikage, he'll be momentarily stripped of lightning armour allowing the others to attack him. Zabuza can also put up the mist thereby ensuring a safety net against the Raikage. Then Temari can go on to use kiri kiri mae which should hit A because it is a 360 degrees attack. He won't jump out of the way or out run it because the mist will be clouding his field of vision.

There is likely to be a lot of chaos though because only two of these guys, Darui and Temari, know of Ay's speed. They also don't know the abilities of each of their team mates so there will be a lot of confusion and chaos. However, once Zabuza puts up the mist, they can buy themselves enough time to communicate effectively.

So I give this fight to team 1 mid-high difficulty.
