No Naruto was a person she loved, a person that she obtained medical ninjutsu to protect, a person she put herself in harms way for when she thought the 9 tails took his humanity. Sakura was willing to Sasuke some she loved to lighten the burden on Naurtos shoulders.

And Sakura didn't use her medical ninjutsu to help Naruto very long. As she quickly ran out of chakra , plus it wouldn't have helped anyway.

Tsunade had already used a lot of chakra when fighting madara and saving the kages. CPR didnt require chakra, just a sharp tool to make a cut, could've been done with a kunai.

Unlike Tsunade, Sakura would have probably forgot how to breathe, so no. It would have been worse, as Sakura doesn't have the drive nor the ambition to fight like Tsunade.

And Sasuke will not be around so she will not even have a reason to use her full power, which means that she will die or put the team in even more jeopardy.
