Since madara can absorb ninjutsu and sakura has ultra super strength, it seems that she could finish madara off with just one shot.

Think again Sakura strength comes from using a Ninjutsu to enhance Her strength, So if Madara absolves Sakura chakra Her punch is that of a Normal Girl, not a superpowers one.
