Just a couple things I wanted to point out. Minato was every much the genius that Itachi was. Minato was easy to learn techniques and has showed a great ease at using them. Strategically they both carry merit. It all comes down to speed vs technique. Who has the best strategy to seal who? We've seen about all Itachi can do but we are still learning some of Minato's techniques. I can see both winning.

And for those who think Sakura will be somehow not on the same level as Naruto and Sasuke, your misguided. She was also Saninn trained and she will be every bit as much as what Tsunade was to Jaryia and Orochimaru. Not saying she could single handedly take out Nagato or Kisame, but she will give them more of a fight than what they would expect.

In the end it's always about how the artist decides to write the story. They could bring the first sage back to life and he is a giant dragon, and Naruto rides away into another dimension to train with the gods....or is that something else??

Thing is good chakra control is nothing compared to the sharingan or the strongest TB. Kishimoto made Sakura just some regular shinobi with good chakra control. And I hope I read wrong and you didn't say that Sakura would actually put up a fight against the likes of nagato or kisame.

Even as an Itachi fan, I admit it's a (scary) possibility.

If she uses Sage Mode and uses unique jutsu, like Kabuto, then she'll certainly be a competitor.

However, the fact that she said she needed prep means she'll always need that advantage against Itachi.

Otherwise, she's her normal self.
