Ive never been a huge Sakura fan , but I would like to remind everyone on how much Kishi has put into the idea that this generation will not repeat the past. Sakura is team 7's Rin, if she were killed it wouldnt fit into this flow. My ideas are as follows.
+ Obito will die , either from saving Sakura from the rod , or fighting Madara.
+ Once Madara gets his second rinnegan he will have no need for Kakashi's sharingan , and simply discard it.
+Madara is honestly over confident and in his hubris he may leave Sakura in the Kumai dimension, seeing her not worthy of his time.
+Left with the body of Obito, and being a medical ninja she may remove his remaining sharingan , and implant it into her own eye as a means to escape. From a endgame story view, after the war is over and everyone goes about there lives, Sasuke will, as he has stated several times refound the Uchiha clan. While not a Uchiha her self possessing atleast one sharingan would make her a viable partner for Sasuke.
