You assume that Sakura has superior chakra control than Naruto because she is a medic but you couldn't be more wrong. Naruto can create different variants of Rasengans while in KCM Mode. Naruto can use nature chakra when he sees fit. Naruto can completely use the Kyubi chakra in perfect harmony. What can Sakura do? Heal some fodder Shinobi that even Tsunade outbested her in? Summon a slug that mainly has support of the SLUG healing and NOT her? Store up a seal in her forehead for 3 years that she can use when Tsunade can use it better?

Everyone's chakra was refilled by Naruto. Kakshi, Shikamaru, Hinata. It also amped their jutsus. Kakashi's kamui, Hinata's air palm etc. Actually he filled the SA's with Kyubi chakra 2x. Once by handslap, and the other by proximity. I can't remember the exact details for the second one. Tobirama explained how it was possible though.
