Yes, Sakura can become the Hokage. She is intelligent and very skillful in medical ninjutsu. Some say she will surpass Tsunade one day... so if Tsunade can do it, then why can't she?

Saying that, I don't want her to become Hokage because she has never dreamt of wanting to become one. I personally want the next Hokage to be Naruto.
