Danzou could not see through all of the eyes on his arm(s), but apparently Shin can because Sakura touched him. The eyes in his body aren't connected to the optic nerve, meaning they aren't truly eyes that he can see out of.

I don't think that's his eye moving because he can see out of them, but his MS powers being in effect. He moved Shin backwards because he was holding the metal weapon, so he can manipulate him that way.

How can you use an MS power against an attack if you don't see it coming ? He saw the attack through those eyes and then used the MS Technique.

Outside of Sasuke talking behind him? The same reason most shinobi can attack when someone is behind him, and so forth. Prime example being Sasuke vs Shin Clone in Chapter 2 of the Gaiden, he wasn't looking behind him at all but could fully counter and attack back despite being in the disadvantage.

Thats the one of two instances where Sakura got a chance to do something but it holds no meaning for her resume infront of professional and wise judges(readers). Both of her moments came from less credible occurrences interm of flow of that events from start to finish. If we translate it into Naruto story work, the flow of the story inside this two events(Kaguya arc and Gaiden) is full of stupidity, inconsistency, short cut, fan services, nerfing, and anything negative that will effect the credibility of Sakura's performances that related to story and not just individual side. It will effect her resume for sure.
