That was my nice way of pointing out an obvious retardation in writing, making sakura punch shin or kaguya when they can obviously see all around and are much faster than her.
Thankfully its only one time and the rest of the gaiden sakura remained taking Ls from weaker shins like logic dictates.
Seems the only way kishi can think of sakura to do something is to retard and switch off the powers of villains, that alone says exactly what is the status of sakura.

What makes this even FUNNIER is that Sakura vs Shin alone, she was going to be negged. What's even more historical is Sasuke said she wasn't a weak woman, and she was already injured by the time he got there. It's already planned out how her death was going to go if he paralyzed her body with the same weapons he striked Sasuke with ... but you know. She can only hit opponents that out class her when Naruto and Sasuke are busy with them
