No he never knew.....it was Sakura who pointed that out, not kakashi.
That is the reason why Kakashi asked him about his dream since he didn't Knew!! U_U

Kakashi is completely facing the other direction. Its like he miss drew an eye, how did he not see that.

That was a simple drawing mistake likes of which every Mangaka make in their weekly chapters...
It'd have been a "big" one, if the mistake contradicted the plot in some way.

Ok its not that big of a mistake but its a very obvious mistake, I understand not seeing a forehead protector or an eye but this.

Actually, the editors re-read all the chapters before publishing them for that exact reason of detecting mistakes like that and telling the Mangaka about it. Guess, not even they paid much attention to it...
Anyway, like I already said several times, that's not a big deal, as it will surely be corrected in the volume version.

Hmm, this makes sense. Kakashi, no offense was never a great teacher to Sakura, focussing more on Naruto and Sasuke but he always kept her safe.
