Yes, yes, I do acknowledge that as impressive, however, that doesn't make her arsenal unnique when she has the exact same abilities as Tsuande. In the case of Sasuke, while he does share some abilities with others [Susano'O, Sharingan, Chidori, fire ball justu etc], he still has his own unique abilities [Chidori Senbon, Kirin, Lion barrage, Susano'O arrows, Blaze Release etc]

The uniqueness is the fact that only two people in the entire NV has the seal and if you wanted to meet a Yin Seal user then you would have to find two distinctive people. Also, a person who isn't an Uzumaki nor Senju but is just as powerful as someone who is both is unique.

How is it inconsistent if she had perfect chakra control since she was introduced, if you ask me she should have developed it earlier.

I guess it is the Byakugou seal. it demands a high level of chakra control to master and guarantee's her quick regeneration of any kind of injury, it is pretty useful in fights. U_U
