ok i wanna just get this outta of the way...
Kishi created the manga when he was not married nor had a kid. the manga or the manga people write is the reflection of their ideals and not of the whole. his ideals of love, beauty and even relationship itself changed with him meeting his wife and then getting married. to top it off he had a child and i don't know if anyone followed the dates of this but this is around the pein arc where hinata saved naruto and this is where the psycology plays in Kishi is now seeking a way to incorp love into the naruto series and for you all not to notice it he's done a damn good job of it.

love is not to supposed to be wide and spread out its supposed to be subtle and growing. much like the fillers of a young naruto (like around 4 or 5)

this is when he is young and not even in the acedmey yet so how in the world can we say these are not canon. now granted the ones like the POWER arc are not even canon. they we're made to spoil a bijuu mode.
