Translation: Sakura most likely dedicated a majority of her time to getting her clinic up and running, surpassing Tsunade (most likely advancing Tsunades techniques) and conducting research. All in the hopes of keeping Sasuke off her mind and his absence from the leaf. But when he came back that most likely flipped, meaning she dedicated more time to her family (mainly Sadara).

I'm not saying she gave medical ninjutsu up.​

But your thread does not talk about canon. You are trying to establish what happened in non - can after your Into point. She did not contribute to the medical system canonically. She did nothing to the system that was revolutionary in canon
