Sakura is more of a 'meh' character to me. It's annoying, but expected that she didn't really go through a harsh training period for her power boost. But, then neither did Sasuke or Naruto.

Sakura was underdeveloped for far too long. Now it's too little too late. Kishi really can't expect someone to believe she is even remotely close to Naruto and Sasukes level after her inactivity for so long. Trying to pretend she is magically able to compete for hokage is insulting. She just needs to shut up about becoming hokage and it will be fine.
