If Sakura was the main character....

-She would be the daughter of a Hokage.
-She would be the Kyuubi Jinchuriki.

Now Kurama's chakra in tanget with her medical jutsu and Byakugou.....She wouldn't be that weak. and the villains would remain the same.

Now if you are just talking Sakura as is than yes your point would be valid and all the villains would have to be watered down so she could pose a challange.

On the plus side of that, We would probably see more taijutsu ninja tools and the like VS landscape changing jutsu. SO I would be all for that. XD
