I thought this would be a fair match up considering the sheer amount of summons Animal Path has.

I thought that if Animal Path went in the chameleon and it took one of them Sakura or Tsunade would see it be visible? It's not like Tsunade or Sakura can't see one of them being pulled back into its mouth.

Counter for Chameleon, Cerebrus or Animal path on Bird summon or there is no debate

I don't think they have a way to find the chameleon. The bird drops bombs while Cerberus fights tsunade and Sakura. It will deal damage while at the same time causing a multiplying effect on the dog. The other summons can be more distraction.

Between Sakura and Tsunade, they can summon two Katsuyu or one really big Katsuyu if they work together. They both have the strength to OHKO summons that come close to them, barring Cerberus. Animal Path doesn't really have a way to put them down other than outlasting them or hoping Cerberus manages to eat them. Camping in the Chameleon is great, but it isn't going to win him the match.

Basically, it comes down to Cerberus and whether or not Sakura and Tsunade can put him down, given it was taking Rasenshurikens without dying. Without Cerberus, Tsunade and Sakura would take this relatively easily. In fact, either one of them could take it with mid-difficulty (assuming no Cerberus). If Katsuyu manages to tag Cerberus with acid, and if that acid can act in a similar way to Amaterasu, they might be able to put it down (albeit acid does not burn indefinitely).

Cerberus is basically the only thing stopping the duo from dismantling Animal Realm with zero difficulty.
