• Although Tsunade is an amazing medic, she is prominently featured fighting
  
• Tsunade is shown to have decent form, showing she is a trained fighter.
  
• Tsunade's skillset is based around her being able to Fight without dying
  
• Tsunade has built and branded herself as a fighter.

Tsunade is Hashirama, minus mokuton plus healing others.




Sakura is a skilled Medical Ninja, who can hold her own in fight pretty well

• Sakura has never been shown as an overwhelming force, because she isn't intended to be. She always moves with the powerscaling as a person who can hold their own in a battle.
  
• Sakura is always portrayed as someone who has grown to be a splendid ninja. Never once has she been feared as a ninja who could kill you like Tsunade
  
• Sakura has sloppy form, but has CES and Byakugou. She's designed to be hard to beat, but not hard to survive.
  
• Sakura is a self described medic ninja and specializes in that area d*mn well.
  
• The whole brothers dynamic and rivals thing between Naruto and Sasuke honestly wouldn't work if Sakura was on par with them.

Nope, Tsunade was able to be superior to her Sanin friends, without having any long range nature attacks.. that should already tell us, that she must have a way to utilize her techs.
