Sakura's people aren't a clan, its just a family. Sakura's people origins probably dont even rest in the leaf, she seems like she would be from were ever Tayuya is from.
They have similar characteristics.

Kakashi's family doesn't have special abilities. Neither does the Sarutobi and Shimura clan.

Kakashi was shown to have white chakra at one point in the Gaiden with the Tanto, most likely his father did to, thus Hatake clan has special chakra.
Sarutobi clan appears to be incredibly gifted with Ninjutsu, thus they have a special inherent ability with Ninjutsu.
We've never even seen the Shimura clan.

People will make an excuse about her not having clan. However, pretty much everyone has a clan according to the dictionary.

This is more proof that Kishi doesn't give a shit about Sakura.
